adjust Standalone Vidalia packages for TBB 4.x
I am not sure, but the Standalone Vidalia packages may need to be adjusted to account for the directory restructuring that was done as part of #11641 (closed). The current plan is to not ship a TBB that uses the new layout until 4.0, but I am filing this ticket so we do not forget to check.
Erinn - do the Standalone Vidalia bundles depend on the location of torrc and other files?
