Add family parameter that accepts a fingerprint and returns documents from all relays in the family
This parameter can be useful for websites showing aggregate data from all relays run by the same person/organization. Discussed with Virgil and Moritz.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
