Support webchat eats 'https' and 'http' when displaying links

When the support assistant writes https://www.torproject.org/, the user sees torproject.org/. Same with http://www.torproject.org/.

This means trouble when we ask users to copy/paste configuration snippets or other things.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
