Update for RPM page - RPMs for RHEL7/Centos7 are available

Please apply the attached patch to SVN of website sources.

It says how to configure RPMs for EL7 and one warning about name clash among EPEL and Fedora repos.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
