Add PGP keys for RT
It seems RT supports "Seamless PGP support for encrypting, decrypting, signing, and verifying outgoing and incoming email" [0].
If private keys were added to the RT installation it will make managing PGP easier for all of support assistants.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
