Weather still depends on local tor client
Looking at meejah's develop branch, commit 4893644, it seems that Weather still depends on a local tor client. The Vagrant image installs and configures tor, and doc/INSTALL says that installing and configuring tor is required. Both should probably go away.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
