Weather setup in Vagrant cannot locate existing Tor relays
I tried out meejah's develop branch, commit 4893644 in a Vagrant box. When I try to subscribe to an existing Tor relay, it tells me: "We could not locate a Tor node with that fingerprint." It seems that the Router table is not populated. I tried running the runhourly and rundaily scripts, but that didn't fix the problem. Was the router-table-populating code taken out by accident?
