Atlas gives no information for relays

When I go from https://check.torproject.org/?lang=en_US to the link that goes to the Atlas page about the Tor exit relay I am currently using, I always get the error message:

No Results found!

No Tor relays or bridges matched your query :(

I have tried switching identities with TorButton and closing the browser to re-establish a new connection many times over the course of several days.

(I do not know if that message would be also achieved if I searched Atlas for any sepcific relays, as I do not know the names of any.)

Perhaps this is an issue with Onionoo? I'm considering that the issue might have something to do with the fact that I told Tor to use bridges, but I have had Atlas work before and I was using bridges then too.

(Sorry if this is the wrong priority level. This is my first bug report and I'm new to Tor in general. It seemed to me that Atlas not working at all would be considered 'major'.)
