3.6.5 lacks a sha256sums.txt.asc

while https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/3.6.5/sha256sums.txt exists, there is no https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/3.6.5/sha256sums.txt.asc anymore like there was for 3.6.4 and before.

this breaks torbrowser-launcher as well as other automated tools to verify tbb automatically, which is pretty sad, as manual work is annoying and errorprone.

as far as i can see the fix is really simple:

rename/link/copy https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/3.6.5/sha256sums.txt-mikeperry.asc to sha256sums.txt.asc and things/tools will work again.
