Apparently, TBB users who use PTs, get hit by:
log_notice(LD_GENERAL, "Pluggable transport proxy (%s) does not provide "
"any needed transports and will not be launched.", line);since no one really uses all the available PTs in the TBBs.
Roger suggested downgrading that log message to info or something. I think this makes sense, since it only hits TBB users and they don't learn any useful information from it. They also think it's an error and it confuses them.
Roger suggested tor-0.2.5 as the target release for this, since the TBB people want tbb-4.0 to include 0.2.5.x.
