tor.exe launches pop3 (email) connection by itself

I am using Tor Browser on Windows. When I watch TCP ports opened by tor.exe I see 3 remote connections. One to remote host shown in Vidalia as first relay, it's port is 8080. Two other connections are to other hosts with remote ports 9001 and 110 (POP protocol port).

DNS shows POP connection goes to email service. Is it normal?
