Building 64bit Linux bundles with FF ESR 31 breaks due to VM space issues

The default VM size we ship in our currently used gitian-builder setup is not large enough anymore to build a 64bit Tor Browser for Linux. We should bump it (and probably the VM sizes of all other OS/architectures we support, too, looking at the coming hardened builds and their requirements).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
