Use long GPG keyid's on Debian instructions page
Problem: On the following page I see: https://www.torproject.org/docs/debian.html.en
{{{
gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv 886DDD89}}} I would like to have this as a long keyid as well and not just the export.
Expectation: As a paranoid GPG user, I expect to see a long keyid and not a short one, it raises the cost to create collisions and I don't get Quantum Inserted.
