integrate the new jekyll blog into the tor website homepage.
With the new jekyll blog platform, we can integrate the latest posts into the index.wml which creates the home page on the main www.torproject.org site.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
