'Technical details' section empty in Security tab of Page Info

With TBB 4.0:

• go to some https-enabled site
• click on the padlock in the address bar
• clickon "More information" to open the Page Info window
• click the "Security"b tab

The "Technical details" section is empty. It should list information about the cyphersuite used, etc.
