Redesign the Tor Metrics website
We should make the Tor Metrics website easier to navigate for users and easier to extend for other Tor people and external contributors.
I created a design prototype based on some feedback from an unnamed person, Lunar, and Leiah Jansen. I announced the redesigning effort on tor-dev@ a week or so ago.
The purpose of this ticket is to keep track of progress with Leiah and Jeremy Todaro. We should probably create child tickets for subtasks like coming up with a new design, implementing things in CSS, getting things merged into JSP files of metrics-web, etc. But let's create those tickets when we start working on something.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
