Work on the script for putting the sanitised reports into the database
This involves taking the reports that are in the SANITISED state, putting them into the database in the tables "report", "measurements" and moving the data to the /data/reports directory (hence entering the PUBLISHED state).

The script should make it explicit what are the keys that are added to the database.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
