Extra info in log
Sometimes the Help Desk receives messages consisting only in a log, like this one:

Really, this is ALL the e-mail we received (no extra info even in message headers) for this case. And this happens quite frequently.
In order to better help those users and avoid round-trip e-mail checking for OS and language, it would be great if it is possible to include in standard log output for Tor Browser info about the exact Tor Browser Bundle being used. The exact TBB package downloaded informs us about the language used for Tor Browser (so we know which language should use to contact the user), the OS and the TBB version.
