Make ticket descriptions editable by submitter
This description field should be editable by the submitter. The same as comment fields below are editable by their respective submitters today. Both fields may require special rules for the 'cypherpunks' user such as history log, edit time window closure (day/week/month), or review process to expose bad actors therein.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
