Hi admins,
as the summary says, please allow Tom Ritter (whose LDAP name I don't
know; see #13637) to log into henryi and build the consensus-health
page there. He could do this in
`/srv/consensus-health.torproject.org/depictor/`. Once everything's
working, we'll want to switch from the HTML page produced by DocTor to
the page produced by his script.
