Mongodb queries for the nettest visualization
As part of the nettest visualization propsed in https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/13731 i'll need to query from the reports collection:

probe_cc
-
start_time
-
test_name
with no special aggregation query, only find and download all reports with those fields.
