Migrating OONI data-pipeline containers and server configuration on a different server

A possible approach to migrate OONI data-pipeline (and possible other containers) on a new server?

  1. Deploy server configuration via ansible
  2. Deploy data-pipeline dockers via ansible. 2a. Run containers via ansible (currently manually?)

Note that by deploying and running the data-pipeline import container from scratch would require some days see #13720. Alternatively to (2) we could use live migration to migrate the docker containers to the new server without the need of running the import script from scratch.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
