Add generation of reports index to the export task of the pipeline
Choke point project has requested that we implement in the processing pipeline a task to generate this file: https://ooni.torproject.org/reports/0.1/reports.json.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
