Change directory layout of the bundles
The current directory layout has everything under the parent directory, including start-tor-messenger. We should move to a new layout where all Instantbird-related files go in a Messenger directory.

+ start-tor-messengerSo that the layout is clean and that users just run ./start-tor-messenger instead of running ./instantbird (which is not a good thing to do.)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
