Fix transparent proxy checks to allow OS X to use ipfw or pf

OS X uses ipfw (FreeBSD) or pf (OpenBSD) depending on the OS version.

Earlier versions used ipfw, and later versions used pf. It appears that ipfw may still be able to be used on later versions as well.

I will post a patch that fixes the transparent proxy checks to allow for both ipfw and pf on OS X.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
