Make TorBirdy work with SplitGPG setup (qubes os)

Hi,

I'm using Thunderbird/TorBirdy/Enigmail/GPG in an Qubes OS [1] environment with SplitGPG [2]. In this setup the keys are located on an offline VM. Therefore the splitGPG wrapper does not support the --keyserver-options since it makes no sense in this case.

To use TorBirdy in this Environment I have to remove

--keyserver-options no-auto-key-retrieve,no-try-dns-srv,http-proxy=http://127.0.0.1:8118

from the Enigmail advanced preferences. Since this change is not persistent and gets overwritten by TorBirdy it would be great if you could provide a configuration option (simple on/off checkbox) that lets the user specify whether he is using a SplitGPG environment.

If enabled the --keyserver-options above simply gets dropped from the list of gpg parameters.

Let me know what you think about it.
