debian package repo: provide canonical name for alpha repo (like the RPM repo does)

I'm not sure what component to select for this ticket.

The RPM repo for the alpha releases has a generic name

https://deb.torproject.org/torproject.org/rpm/tor-testing/..

that works, no matter what the current alpha branch is (0.2.6.x, 0.2.7.x, ...).

There is no such generic path available for the debian repository.

Would be great if you could add such a generic path (maybe by simply adding a symlink to the current alpha branch repo?).

thanks!
