Tor Browser 4.5a4 prompts to install Flash

Using TB 4.5a4 to visit a Flash-enabled page, with Javascript turned on, I get a prompt asking if I would like to 'install the plugin needed to display the media on this page' with a button that says 'install Flash'.

If I click the button, an update window opens that checks for an installable version of Flash, then displays it. Clicking 'install' takes me to a page that says 'no plugins installed' with a button saying 'manual install' that takes me to the Flash homepage.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
