Cooke protections hidden improperly
In #14632 (moved), I meant to hide the cookie manager only if disk records were disabled. However, the mechanism I used to try to unhide it when disk records are enabled seems not to work properly.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
