include a net directory
When launching tests from inside Tor, settings a CHUTNEY_PATH to a clean git checkout doesn't work because chutney doesn't include a net/ directory in its repo. Added one in branch net_dir in my chutney repo
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
