Windows: silent failure if no permission to apply update
For #15201 (moved), we disabled the updater code that attempted to use "runas" to gain administrator privileges when the user lacked permission to apply an update. When we tested the fix, no user-visible error was displayed. Ideally, an error message would be displayed (although given the standalone nature of our installation, it is very difficult for this situation to occur).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
