Better documentation for *Statistics options in torrc
Lately I was changing the torrc of some bridges and exit relays. I noticed several options in man 1 tor which ended with *Statistics (CellStatistics, DirReqStatistics etc.) and asked myself whether I should activate them and what impacts this would have. However the manpage leaves those questions unanswered. Only the default setting leaves some hint. So could you give a short description at each of such option what the rationale behind is, what you probably do with it, what probable downsides are and what setting you recommend (I assume there can be options which are not enabled by default, but which are very helpful to the Tor Project if enabled)?
