obfs4proxy provide logging as a package under common.
This was a request from Blanu, so I'm filing it so I don't forget to do it. To ease development, obfs4proxy should provide a log package under common that contains the logging code currently part of the main package.
This will allow individual transport implementations to do logging on their own in a sane manner that is log level aware.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
