Document the minimum HeartbeatPeriod
I set
HeartbeatPeriod 10 minutesand restarted Tor which told me:
HeartbeatPeriod option is too short; raising to 1800 seconds.Currently the manpage doesn't say anything about a minimal period. I'd suggest adding a sentence which informs the user about the minimum value.
