Torbutton aboutTor.properties not on Transifex
After the fix for #10398 (closed) was merged into Torbutton, the new aboutTor.properties file was never added to Transifex or to the Tor translation repo. It should be added so that translators can update those strings and make new translations.
Once that is done, we will need to update Torbutton's trans_tools/import-translations.sh to synch. with the translation repo.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
