Please delete 'accounting' mailing list (but not alias)
It appears that there's an accounting@lists.torproject.org list, with zero members on it? I just sent mail to it and it got accepted but apparently went nowhere.
If this is true, we should remove this list, yes?
There is, separately, an alias called accounting@tp.o, which we should leave in place.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
