Crash on config reload with mixed ephemeral/permanent HS
Tor 0.2.7.1-alpha crashes when reloading the config when you have at least one configured and one ephemeral hidden service.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
