Have connection methods check 9151 by default too
Tor's control port traditionally resides on 9051, but Tor Browser places it on 9151 instead to avoid conflicting with system tor instances.
When not provided with a port Stem should look on both so things just magically work by default even more often. :P
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
