Close down tor-java alias
In the distant past, we had a tor-java list, for the various development teams working on implement Tor clients in java. There are even archives: http://archives.seul.org/tor/java/
But this list is long gone. Apparently there are still vestiges of it in our alias file? We don't need them anymore.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
