Replacing an older pending vote from this directory (dannenberg.torauth.de)

The directory authorities failed to produce a consensus earlier today. Here's our hint:

Why, at the :55:11 mark, was moria1 willing to receive a new vote from dannenberg? This was after I'd published and received signatures, right? So it is way way too late?
