Increase storage/inode capacity of Majus

Adding the Tor Messenger strings to Transifex will more than double the current number of strings needed to be stored. In order to accomplish this, the capacity and inode count for Majus will need to be increased.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
