Make sure IndexedDB is disabled from worker code

IndexedDB is available to WebWorkers. We should verify it remains disabled. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=701634 has the implementation details.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
