Sort our internal policies and tell more people about them

We have a travel policy. It has been written down in internalsvn since 2013. Nobody told Kate or Isabela about it when they started. Now I have.

What else is there in the policies directory that we want to either highlight, or update, or abandon?

Maybe we have something written down about timesheets, or maybe the upcoming move to Harvest will remove the need for that (or more likely, change it).

This ties into the 'employee handbook' notion too, which in theory was on Tom's plate but I don't think we've heard a concrete timeframe for it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
