Tor Bundle did not work with Windows7

Downloaded the TOR bundle and put it on my daughter's new windows7 machine. The TOR application runs successfully; but after TOR is connected and it tries to start up Firefox, an error occurs which states something to the effect that two instances of Firefox is running. No combination of buttons on this error will result in Firefox working. (The same TOR bundle works great on my Windows XP machine.)

Is there a compatiability issue with the version of Firefox included in the TOR bundle? If so what might I do to fix the problem?
