Add support info on press page
Apparently the phone number on press page is attracting people who need help with Tor or are frustrated by ransomware scumbags.
We should add a note on the page and redirect them to FAQ and help desk, instead.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
