Do not remove "Reload Image" menu item

When you right-click on an image that is not loaded, a menu appears with the option "Reload image".

This is very useful in Tor Browser, given the slowness of Tor network : you can press Esc to stop page loading, then "Reload" images one by one when you need them.

This menu item seems to have disappeared in recent Firefox versions... would be great not to do the same.

I'm aware it would be better to report directly to Mozilla, but their roadmap must be far huger & it is really useful (to me, necessary) in Tor Browser.

(not sure about the ticket category; it's my first − sorry)
