Add a 'community projects' list (separate page?) to the website
We have a growing list of community projects -- projects that use Tor but have their own community / entity / something as well.
I'm thinking Ricochet, SecureDrop, Globaleaks, Whonix, Onion Browser, ChatSecure, HTTPS Everywhere, Onionshare, pond, tor-ramdisk, Cupcake, Ahmia.
In the future we might list OnionBalance, OnionTip, Roster.
Since there are quite a few, we might list some at the top as 'highlighted community projects', and then the rest down below that.

== notes
Some projects have no logo: Tor-ramdisk, OnionBalance, OnionTip, Roster, Cupcake.
https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/volunteer.html.en#project-torramdisk links to a dead page, linking the WP article instead.
https://github.com/glamrock/cupcake references https://crypto.stanford.edu/flashproxy:
As of 2017, the flash proxy project is deprecated. It was deployed in Tor Browser between 2013 and 2016, but has since been superseded by newer and more effective doc/PluggableTransports. Leaving it out.
https://github.com/DonnchaC/oniontip received no updates since 2016 and the website is offline.

Status: assigned to needs_reviewSince above list is slightly outdated it needs an update. Quoting arma:
i think we could crowd-source a fresher list. maybe from the community team. that whole idea is tied pretty closely to the new website idea too, like the community portal should be taking care of this topic. i wonder what they have planned there's also a lesson to learn here, where the list we make one year is going to be obsolete a year later
