Migrate or-talk, tor-relays, or-cvs, or-dev mailings lists to torproject.org
We should be running our own mailing lists @torproject.org domain, with automatic archiving and such.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
