Add new mailing list for directory authority operators
Can we add a new mailing list for directory authority operators dir-auth@torproject.org to notify them whenever we add a new authority or have to make other authority-related changes? The mailing list archives could be made public.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
