add always try https:// option

using a list of sites known to work is nice because it doesnt break anything but it is also prone to miss a lot of smaller less known sites. so i think thre should be an option to always try to fetch a https version. to avoid hsts like supercookies it would have to try https on every http request which would add a lot of lattency but i think it should be up to the user to decide if he wants to trade usability for potential added security.
